San Vito Lo Capo Hotel: Pocho
“Hotel Pocho” is located in San Vito lo Capo, in the hamlet of Macari.
The structure, from the characteristic intimate and suggestive context, has 12 carefully furnished rooms and offers an atmosphere of a private home but equipped with every comfort.
More than a Hotel it can be defined as a place of memory, hospitality and good living in which there is a familiar and welcoming atmosphere.
The furniture of our Hotel in San Vito lo Capo consists partly of the furniture of Marilu’s family, “owner and chef of the Pocho”, which still retain their old charme, in part with objects and memories of her previous theatrical activity, among which there is a valuble collection of “Sicilian Puppets” (declared by UNESCO “World Heritage Site”).
But the real gem is the large terrace suspended between sea, sky and mountains, a magical meeting place for guests, from breakfast until the fiery sunsets during the dinner
A second terrace, equipped with a Solarium and a Swimming pool open only to guests of the Hotel and to guests of the small “ Residence Isulidda”, enriches the stay at Pocho.
Our hotel in San Vito Lo Capo has an access to the sea through an alley (200mt.around) that leads to the Isulidda beach, and offers free private parking and accessibility to the disabled.
The Hotel "Pocho" provides a free shuttle to San Vito Lo Capo at fixed time (9.30-13.30-18.30), as well as the airport transfers upon request.
You can easily reach with a walk the spectacular limestone cliffs of Cala Mancina, destination and “paradise” of many climbers.

Rooms with Balcony and Sea View (First Scene)
These rooms have a sea view with a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, where it is possible to enjoy the magic landscape of the Gulf of Cofano, with its soft sunrises and burning sunsets.
The furniture is simple, cheerful and careful in the details and dates back to the times when Marilù was part of the "Group 5" during her theatrical career.
Some original scenes of the Sicilian Puppets Shows, and references mainly to the "Group 5" performances of 70's and 80's, set the theme for each room.
Smoking is not allowed in any room, but it is possible to smoke in the outside terrace.

Double Room (Second Scene)
These room have no sea view but they are comfortable and have a small terrace with a table and some chairs; there is a wall that delimitates the terrace and above it a inner court yard.
The furniture is simple, cheerful and careful in the details and dates back to the times when Marilù was part of the "Group 5" during her theatrical career. Some original scenes of the Sicilian Puppets Shows, and references mainly to the "Group 5" performances of 70's and 80's, set the theme for each room.
Smoking is not allowed in any room, but it is possible to smoke in the outside terrace.
Rooms with Sea View (Belle Èpoque)
These rooms have a sea view with french balcony non furnished (3) or a small terrace with side sea view, a table and some chairs (1). All rooms overlook the magnificent landscape of the Gulf of Cofano.
Part of the furniture comes from Marilù's family (from Marilù's grandfather Filippo Terrasi) and can be classified as “Sicilian handicraft of late 800”.
Smoking is not allowed in any room, but it is possible to smoke in the outside area.
Family Rooms (Second Scene)
These rooms have no sea view but they are confortable and they have a small terrace with a table and some chairs; there is a wall that delimitates the terrace and above it a inner courtyard.
The forniture is simple, bright and careful in details and it dates back to times when Marilù was part of the “Group 5”during her theatrical career. Some original scenes of the Sicilian puppets shows, and references mainly to the “Group 5”performances of 70’ and 80’, set the theme for each room.
In these rooms it’s possible to add an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.
Smoking is not allowed in any room, but it is possible to smoke in the terrace.
Family Room with Sea View (Belle Epoque)
These room have a sea view with balcony overlook the gorgeous landscape of the Gulf of Cofano equipped with table and chairs.
Part of the furniture comes from Marilù’s family (Marilù’s grandfather Filippo Terrasi) and can be classified as “Sicilian handcraft of late 1800”.
In this room it is possible to add an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.
Smoking is not allowed in any room, but it is possible to smoke in the balcony.
Camera Familiare Vista Mare
Questa camera ha vista mare con balcone abitabile e si affaccia sul superbo panorama del Golfo di Cofano.Può ospitare 2 adulti o 2 adulti e 2 minori di non oltre 12 anni.
L'arredo è costituito da mobili della famiglia di Marilù (del nonno Filippo Terrasi), catalogati come "Artigianato Siciliano di fine '800".Forse per questo, rievocano l'atmosfera di una antica casa siciliana e della sua ospitalità.
